Position Overview

We are hiring for multiple roles within our production team including:

• General Auxiliary Team Members
• Roll Form Operators
• Laser Operators
• Other Machine Operators

Primary Responsibilities

• Work safely with tools equipment and materials
• Ensure quality parts are produced by monitoring coil quality weld quality and cut quality
• Follow work instructions and production requirements
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Actively seek improvements in processes and workflow
• Support team members and carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor

Work Schedule

Full-time second-shift position

Beverlin operates a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) with 2nd shift 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.

Optional overtime is available on Fridays (based on customer needs).

What You Bring

Required:

• Strong focus on safetyfor yourself and your teammates
• Commitment to quality and a next operator as customer mindset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. on an infrequent basis

Preferred but not required:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Accurate use of measuring equipment (calipers ring/plug/GNG pi tape tape measure linear gauge)
• Experience in sheet metal rolling or fabrication
