Job Summary
Position Role:The XO acts as SSAUunit2IC coordinating G1G9 tasks liaising with command and leading HQ developmentduringnational rollout.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Officer to CO SSAU supporting command oversight and daily delivery of SSAU outputs. Deputise for the CO as required.
- Leads development of wider SSAU command structure post-pilot.
- Leads SSAU governance assurance and compliance activity ensuring alignment with Army policy JSPs and agreed service levels.
- Provides escalation route for OC SSAU for prioritisation of resources andall MS and discipline matters.
- Acts as the primary integrating link between OC SSAU supported units and HQ RC stakeholders.
- Prepares clear reporting briefings and decision support for the CO SSAU and higher headquarters.
