We are now looking for a Senior Manager HR Data & AI Platform to join our Talent Intelligence organization.

In this role youll help shape the future of AI-native people analytics and talent intelligence platforms. Youll work at the intersection of Data Engineering AI/ML infrastructure analytics and strategy helping evolve our ecosystem from traditional analytics products into scalable flexible AI-powered experiences and tools.

This is a highly cross-functional and impactful role for someone who enjoys building platforms solving complex data problems and operating in a fast-moving environment with significant greenfield opportunities.

• Lead the strategy and development of scalable HR data and AI platform capabilities
• Drive improvements across data architecture infrastructure and production tooling
• Partner closely with Analytics Data Science Data Engineering and Scouting teams to build flexible AI-native solutions
• Support the development of production-grade ML and predictive modeling capabilities
• Help modernize and simplify existing analytics ecosystems and workflows
• Influence technical direction and platform decisions across Talent Intelligence initiatives
• Build scalable infrastructure that enables faster experimentation research and insights generation
• Operate as a strategic partner across both technical and business stakeholders

• Strong background in Data Engineering and scalable data platform development
• Experience working with infrastructure management and/or ML infrastructure
• Proven ability to operate across strategy and hands-on technical execution
• Experience collaborating closely with Analytics Data Science and Engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture and production environments
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building in evolving AI environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with predictive modeling and production ML systems
• Background in Talent Intelligence People Analytics or HR Tech
• Experience modernizing legacy analytics systems into AI-native experiences
• Previous experience building internal platforms or self-serve tooling ecosystems
