Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: Flexible working available 2 days per week working from home.
Position Role: Coord AITC commitments (trawls STTTs UK Ops and Def CAL) across the command. Assist with SET Sp for Op Gps delivering training outputs. Oversee assurance of training and deployability policy for IAs/STTTs.
Responsibilities:
Assist SO2 O&D and SO2 Plans with all commitments for HQ AITC; including trawls STTTs UK Ops and Def CAL.
2. Collation and preparation of all AITC draft PS.
3. Submission and monitoring of yearly AITC SET requests in conjunction with SJC and LOC.
4. Lead for assurance of IA / STTT mandatory pre-deployment training and generation of bespoke OSW in support of such deployments through the utilisation of the STM and OPUS.
5. Responsible for co-ord of STTT med planning (CMA) between Op Gps and SJC.
6. Submission and monitoring of yearly AITC SET requests in conjunction with SJC and LOC.
7. Support to LEDG in the yearly delivery of the Senior Soldier Entry Assessment activity.
8. Owns the commitment tracker for HQ AITC.
9. Deputise for SO2 O&D and SO2 Plans at key VTCs and COS Coord meetings when SO2 O&D and SO2 Plans are unavailable.
10. Further projects as directed by COS AITC and XO AITC
