Senior Sous Chef
$95000 Base Salary 12% Superannuation
- Convenient North Ryde location Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday Roster

We are searching for a Senior Sous Chef not just a great chef but a driven leader ready to step into a senior position with real accountability influence and a clear pathway into future leadership within Compass Group.
THE POSITION
- Lead and influence a high-volume premium food operation
- Set standards across quality culture and performance
- Contribute to a dynamic evolving food program with a global flavour lens
- Oversee VIP dining and event execution including agile menu development
- Drive team productivity structure and operational efficiency
- Act as a trusted 2IC to the Head Chef supporting leadership and growth
- Maintain control across food safety compliance and cost performance
THE PERSON
- 5 years in a senior culinary leadership role
- Background in corporate catering events fine dining or large-scale production
- Strong leadership presence able to drive standards and performance
- Highly organised and commercially aware
- Confident delivering premium dining and VIP experiences
- Solid knowledge of digital HACCP allergen management and compliance
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to challenge adapt and grow
