Job Summary

Domestic Considerations:
1. Must be within reasonable commute from the Army Reserve Centre (ARC) and be self sufficient for accommodation.
2. Must adhere to the unit contemporary working hours directive and may be required to work weekends and evenings on occasion as required.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the senior Diversity and Inclusion Adviser for the Regt.
2. Act as the Unit ATMS Coordinator (UAC) for the Regt.
3. Advise the CoC on Soldier CM policy practice & guidance by supporting the CoC in the delivery of Unit SP CM ensuring compliance with policy.
4. Advise the CoC with ideas on retention activity. Monitor outflow and act as focal point for resettlement.
5. Manage Soldier careers through the provision of career advice including promotion requirements assignment options transfers and education.
6. Advise the CoC on Unit structures and related organisation.
7. Assure in-service CM forms management information systems and tools.
8. Monitor the movement of soldiers on assignment attachment and courses.
