Delivering warm high-quality care and early years education rooted in Reggio Emilia and Forest School principles
Supporting children to explore discover and develop at their own pace in both indoor and outdoor environments
Making full use of the nurserys large outdoor area facilitating nature-based learning and active exploration every day
Planning and implementing child-led activities that nurture individuality independence and confidence
Observing and documenting childrens development in line with EYFS sharing progress meaningfully with families
Building genuine nurturing relationships with children families and colleagues
Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nurserys distinctive ethos every single day
