Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

28000 per annum 40 Hours Per Week 4 or 5 Days Per Week

Were on the lookout for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our clients friendly and supportive team. Caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years the nursery has created a genuine home-from-home environment where children feel safe valued and encouraged to develop at their own pace.

With a strong focus on nurturing relationships learning through play and creating a warm welcoming atmosphere this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team that is dedicated to giving every child the very best start in life.

Offering a choice of working 40 hours across 4 or 5 days the role also provides flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and participate in engaging activities that support childrens learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Create a safe stimulating and welcoming environment where children can thrive
• Observe assess and support childrens individual learning journeys
• Promote childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to maintain high standards of care
• Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery policies at all times
