Job Summary

Responsibilities:
1. Create or amend all Army endorsed Workforce Requirement (WR) on JPA incorporating finance only organisations structure and positions.
2. Ensure JPA Organisation hierarchies workflow responsibilities and position actor roles are accurate.
3. Ensure production work allocated is completed accurately and within a timeframe.
4. Timely completion of all Quick Fixes.
5. Ensure individual training requirements or deficiencies are raised as applicable.
6. Post production audit to ensure all anomalies between SLIM and JPA data are resolved including follow up audits with units to ensure change has been delivered with planned IOC/FOC has been achieved
7. Perform Data Cleansing accurately and competently.
8. Any other duties required as directed by the Production Manager Team Leader or SO2 JPA.
