About the Role;
The HR Business Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering the people strategy aligned to business priorities across functional areas and Regional Business Units.
This position is responsible for translating strategic objectives into effective day-to-day HR delivery.
You will act as a trusted partner to the business shaping the people agenda championing employee engagement and driving a high-performance culture across your region.

We are seeking a strong HR generalist with a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels:
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience within a sales service or engineering environment
Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law including trade unions
Excellent interpersonal influencing and communication skills
Strategic mindset with strong delivery focus and critical thinking ability
Confidence to manage upwards and challenge constructively
Continuous improvement mindset and experience enhancing processes
Strong systems knowledge (Workday Excel PowerPoint Visio)
Ability to manage workload independently and make sound decisions
Commercial awareness and ability to see the wider business context
Strong teamplayer with ambition and drive to succeed
Willingness to travel across the region
