Description:
We are hiring for our client a well-established and growing business in Co. Tyrone supplying customers across the UK and Ireland. This Finance Manager role offers the opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership position where your insights and decisions directly influence the business. Reporting to the Managing Director youll lead a small finance team strengthen financial processes and provide strategic guidance during an important transition period.

The Role:
- Take full ownership of monthly management accounts and provide meaningful insights to the Managing Director
- Lead mentor and develop a small finance team
- Strengthen financial processes and ensure reporting accuracy
- Manage cash flow to support sustainable growth
- Oversee payroll HMRC returns and statutory compliance
- Lead year-end audits and liaise with external auditors
- Partner with operational departments to support commercial decision-making
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Commercially aware and confident in interpreting financial data
- Proactive and comfortable leading from the front
- Highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems
- Minimum 3 years experience in a commercially focused finance role
- Ambitious proactive and ready for genuine responsibility
