Job Summary
Well Lane Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic resilient and creative individual to join our dedicated Early Years team. At the heart of our community we strive to improve the life chances of every pupil ensuring they reach their full potential in a safe nurturing and engaging environment.
The Role
As a vital member of our Early Years team you will:
Be a Key Person: Build strong supportive relationships with a specific group of children and their families acting as their primary advocate and guide.
Inspire Learning: Support the EYFS framework through creative continuous provision and structured activities that make learning English Maths and world discovery fun.
Champion Safeguarding: Maintain the highest standards of child protection working closely with our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure every child is safe happy and heard.
Collaborate: Work alongside a passionate team of teachers and Trust colleagues to maintain an environment of academic and personal excellence.
