Within this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring our contracts are managed effectively contributing to our mission of delivering care confidence and connection in communities across the UK and Ireland.
We have the capacity to recruit for this role on both a Permanent and Fixed-Term basis.
What youll be doing In this role you will:
Manage the operational delivery of multiple maintenance contracts in line with our supplier management framework
Hold suppliers to account for delivery of all contractual commitments; performance commerciality and statutory compliance
Carry out supplier performance reviews driving value service delivery and continuous improvement
Build and deliver mobilisation and de-mobilisation plans for new and exiting contracts including on-boarding new suppliers
Provide expert advice and progress updates on your categories advising on complex situations and category performance
Work closely with the Commercial / Cost Management Team to govern category spend and identify savings opportunities
Work closely with the Procurement Team to shape and support the tendering process from an operational perspective
Point of escalation for persistent or significant contractual or service delivery issues for your categories
What you need to have (our must-haves)
Experience of managing multiple contracts / suppliers in a Maintenance / Facilities Management / Property environment
Understanding of managing budgets and identifying and implementing opportunities cost savings and efficiencies
Analytical skills ability to analyse large and detailed data sets to identify trends and opportunities
Able to present data in a compelling way Excel Power BI PowerPoint
It would be great if you also have
Experience in construction management electrical or mechanical disciplines
Familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
