To be successful in this role you will be an experienced portfolio Change Manager having worked on large-scale transformation addition you will:
- Possess substantial experience convening multiple stakeholders and through successful relationships leading key cross-functional projects to drive results across the organisation.
- Demonstrate strong change orchestration and sequencing capability.
- Showcase the ability to translate complex operating model changes into clear compelling narratives that drive engagement understanding and adoption across a broad stakeholder audience.
- Have a good understanding of Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation.
- Be an empowering senior leader who can influence effectively at senior levels using a range of communication and influencing approaches to drive successful outcomes and support their team to succeed.
- Develop a strong understanding of business areas and build trusted relationships across the organisation to support the delivery of transformation outcomes.
