About the Role
We are seeking caring and committed Support Workers to join a growing care team supporting both children and adults within their homes and local communities.
This is a varied role where you may be supporting older adults to maintain their independence or assisting children and young people with disabilities to access activities develop life skills and engage with their communities.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a genuine difference and who understand the importance of providing person-centred support that promotes dignity independence and choice.

Flexible shifts are available across a seven-day service including:
Some support packages are delivered as longer block shifts of up to four hours while others may vary depending on individual client needs.
