Care Assistant

We need kind friendly compassionate and reliable people to join our domiciliary care team. Youll be supporting our clients in their own homes to maintain independence dignity and quality of life. Its an ideal role for someone who is caring patient and will enjoy delivering high-quality person-centred care. 

Youllgetto know your clientstheir sense ofhumouralongwith what interests them. Other duties include: 

• Help clients to start their day or settle for the evening assisting with personal care routines and any medication prompts. 

• Contribute to a homely environment by helping with light household chores and breakfast or supper preparation. 

• Maintain transparent communication with clients and families and enjoy providing first-class care and comfort.

Qualifications :

Skills and qualities required 

• Compassionate patient and committed to high-quality care 

• Good communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and families 

• Reliable punctual and able to work independently 

• Willingness to travel between clients homes - driving licence with access to your own car needed for home visits grocery shopping and taking clients out to appointments and fun outings 

• Happy to follow instructions care plans and procedures

Applicants must be UK resident; we cannot offer sponsorship. You will need a driving licence and a car. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure and reference checks.
