Job Summary
1. Responsible to the Adjt for the functional management/ command including discipline and welfare of SPS staff delivering an administrative capability.
2. To assist in the implementation of initial JPA Activation for Phase 1 Trainees. Responsible for the preparation for reception days.
3. Maintain the Army Information Asset Register and monitor Data Protection qualifications.
4. Initiate continuation training and monitor technical expertise within the Detachment.
5. Responsible for the maintenance of the unit Management Check Plan ensuring all data is updated promptly.
6. Responsible for the implementation of documentation administration and assurance (G1A) policy laid down by D Pers Admin and current regulations.
7. Undertake any other additional tasks as detailed by the Adjt and Chain of Command.
