Salary range: L13 - L17 (72032 - 79460)

Full Time Permanent

Start date: January 2027 or earlier

Ridgeway is a popular and oversubscribed school that was graded Good in all categories in 2024. The governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational teacher who has the drive and passion to make a difference to students at our school.

have a proven track record of improving student attendance

understand and be respectful of the interplay between the quality of the curriculum student attitudes to learning and attendance to school and lessons
