We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Huddersfield that is looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a collaborative and supportive environment working across a range of projects while continuing to develop technically and progress within the practice.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:
Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages across multiple RIBA stages
Coordinate with consultants and support the resolution of technical and construction issues
Ensure drawings and documentation comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Support project delivery from planning through to completion
Work closely with the wider design and technical teams on a variety of schemes
Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:
Minimum 3 years experience working within a UK architectural practice
Proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit is essential
Strong technical detailing knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
Excellent communication and organisational skills
