Job Summary
Officers Mess SNCO
- Ensure that the current Contract is fulfilled.
- Be the Building Manager for building for the Officers Mess and associated accommodation. Supervise security and report defects.
- Maintain Mess Property Books and PLR.
- Arrange supervise and cost functions. Be MC for formal functions.
- Allocate accommodation and raise charges.
- Responsible for all Mess accountancy.
- Stock take cellar and bar stock monthly maintain computer records to allow correct profit margin.
- Liaise closely with Contract Manager and Supervise subordinates.
- Accountable to PMC through Mess Sec.
