As Strategic Operations Project Manager based at our Stockholm office you will lead the execution of key strategic initiatives and guide cross-category development projects from concept through delivery. Acting as a central connector across teams you bring clarity structure and momentum aligning stakeholders maintaining focus and ensuring projects are delivered with precision and strong results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Strategic Operations Project Manager your main contribution will be to drive structure clarity and momentum across development projects ensuring that strategic initiatives and seasonal projects are executed with precision and aligned with business priorities. You will report to RTW Development Director. You will play a vital role in enabling efficient well-coordinated ways of working across teams securing on-time delivery balanced budgets and strong collaboration by:

• Drive development projects in close partnership with suppliers and in alignment with business objectives alongside the RTW Development Director
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define clear project scope goals deliverables and timelines
• Establish effective project structures aligning on priorities resources and ways of working
• Lead stakeholder meetings with clear agendas ensuring focused and outcome-driven discussions
• Track progress against milestones and provide clear timely updates to key stakeholders
• Build and maintain the annual development calendar to ensure visibility and seasonal alignment
• Oversee seasonal project budgets monitor performance and support informed decision-making
• Enable strong cross-functional collaboration ensuring seamless processes that support both creative and commercial goals

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• An academic degree in business fashion textiles or a related field
• Around five years experience in a similar role ideally within high-end or luxury fashion
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to balance multiple work streams
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office with a particular strength in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
