As a Senior Data Analyst at One Trust you will play a strategic role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. While your impact may span multiple functions you will work closely with business teams to ensure analytics efforts align with key business objectives. Youll be responsible for leading data preparation and transformation processes ensuring that our data is clean accurate and ready for analysis. Your expertise in developing advanced Power BI dashboards and your ability to perform in-depth data analysis will support various business operations and help us stay ahead in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented analyst who excels in cross-functional collaboration communicates with confidence and leverages data to drive measurable business impact.

• Develop andmaintainadvanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights.

• Partner withbusinessleaders in product finance marketing and/orcustomer experience to uncover insights andidentifyopportunities.

• Conductdata preparation transformation and cleaning processes to ensure the integrity and readiness ofdata foranalysis.

• Apply advanced statistical techniques including causal inference methods to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reportingmaintaininghigh standardsfor data quality.

• Translate data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders through reports presentations and interactive dashboards.

• Ensureadherence to best practices in data analysis and visualization.

• 3 years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to support and drive critical business outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in supporting and influencing business strategy from an analytics perspective.

• Advanced experience with SQL

• Experience in Snowflake and Power BI

• Strong quantitative analytical and problem-solvingskills;must bevery comfortablewith data analysis and driving decision-making.

• Effective communicator who can break down technical concepts into business vernacular.

• Natural curiosity to dive into details with a strong analytical mindset.
