Planning Engineer
We are looking for an Engineer with strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital tools to join our Procurement team. Candidates with a background in Civil Industrial or Construction Engineering are welcome to apply.
You will work in an international environment supporting procurement planning and performance monitoring through data management and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain procurement processes and documentation
Build KPIs and analytical reports using Power BI and advanced Excel
Monitor and control procurement performance with site and technical teams
Ensure alignment between planning execution and control
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Requirements
Education
Degree in Civil Industrial or Construction Engineering (or related fields)
CIPS certification would be a strong advantage
Experience
Up to 5 years of relevant experience in planning monitoring and control
Soft Skills
Team player curious self-motivated attention to detail and strong communication skills
Languages
Spanish and English mandatory
Portuguese or French a strong advantage
Technical Skills
Proficient in Advanced Excel and Power BI
Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6
Familiarity with Lean Construction and Agile methodologies is a strong advantage
