Client Services Coordinator

Programmed Electrical Technologies is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across our operations.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will work closely with internal teams subcontractors and clients to manage workflows track progress and maintain strong relationships.

Coordinate labour materials and equipment to support seamless project delivery. Ensure works are delivered safely on time within budget and to quality expectations. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays. Support planning and scheduling to meet delivery milestones.

Provide clear timely and accurate updates to clients. Build strong relationships through reliable and transparent communication. Ensure expectations are managed effectively and outcomes consistently delivered. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and grow the business.

Manage incoming work requests and coordinate appropriate actions. Maintain accurate records and updates within internal systems. Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Assist with budget tracking and forecasting for project delivery. Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance reporting. Support continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Promote a strong Zero Harm safety culture. Ensure all works are delivered in line with HSEQ policies and legislative requirements. Support safety reviews incident follow-ups and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience in a client services coordination or project support role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong organisational capability. Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems. A collaborative team-first mindset.

Desirable: Certificate III in Business Administration or similar. Experience in construction electrical communications AV or technical services environments.
