Team Overview

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to build and sustain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline

• Conduct first-touch discovery calls to assess budget authority need and timeline (BANT)

• Own and administer the Sales CRM

• Maintain monthly and quarterly pipeline reporting and ensure forecast accuracy

• Partner with the Technical Project Manager / Product Manager to maintain alignment on feature requests product roadmap and delivery timelines

• Support coordination of RFP/RFI responses across technical and commercial teams

• Prepare briefing materials and account summaries ahead of client meetings

• Maintain a competitive tracker covering pricing positioning and new market entrants

• Monitor technology and regulatory developments affecting the TelCo industry (e.g. anti-fraud mandates number verification standards)

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Track record years of experience in a sales support business development sales operations or CRM administration role (TelCo/tech sector a plus not required)

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) data entry reporting pipeline tracking

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously

• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders

• Fluent in English; Other languages are a plus

• Interest in mobile communications fraud prevention or enterprise TelCo services is a plus
  

The minimum salary for this position according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement is EUR 4611.00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
