Application Support Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot issues with the platforms.
• Support existing solutions on the platforms.
• Track and monitor updates to the platforms and implement necessary updates and changes.
• Implement maintain and continuously review governance and security controls to ensure platform compliance.

Skillset (Must have)

• Possess a degree in Computer Science STEM or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise applications.
• Familiar with languages such as Angular React JS Rest API .Net Core Bootstrap MS SharePoint MS Power Platform C# HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience in database and SQL such as MSSQL TSQL Stored Procedure Function and Triggers.
• Experience in supporting infrastructure such as AWS Windows Server IIS Azure ADFS (SSO) SSL Certificate Control-M and PingID.
• Experience in tools such as Visual Studio Gitlab or GitHub JIRA and Confluence.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
