Senior Full Stack Developer Field Services

Role Overview and Team Mission 

You will be involved in developing the application layer of our field services creating a critical bridge between field operations and our core ERP system. Your task will be to refine high-performance web interfaces that allow technicians to synchronize data from the field in real time ensuring reliability performance and fault tolerance of the system in challenging operating conditions. 

Core Responsibilities: The 70/30 Development Split 

As a senior developer you will navigate a workload focused on client-side complexity while maintaining the backend integrity of the application layer. 

• Frontend Engineering (70%): Architect complex business logic on the client side and build highly responsive intuitive UIs. You will leverage modern web standards and tools like Webpack to ensure a seamless user experience. 

• Backend Support and Optimization (30%): Implement server-side logic adjustments using C# Framework 4.8. This is not just about maintenance; you will be responsible for high-level performance tuning debugging multi-threaded distributed software and eliminating bottlenecks. 

• Mobile Framework Integration: Master and utilize our proprietary framework to ensure web-standard code compiles efficiently into a custom mobile environment for field use. You will be the technical authority on how frontend code translates to mobile performance. 

• Codebase Evolution: Systematically support optimize and refactor the existing codebase. You are expected to proactively identify areas for reorganization to improve stability and execution speed. 

AI Innovation and Future-Proofing 

The Field Services team is actively integrating AI-powered features to redefine field workflows. We are not looking for wrapper developers who simply call APIs. You must possess a fundamental understanding of how AI technologies and models function under the hood. Your role involves understanding model mechanics to ensure efficient integration and optimal performance within our proprietary mobile framework. 

Qualifications :

Technical Requirements 

• Modern Web Stack: High proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript with expert-level command of Webpack and modern frameworks (Angular React or Vue). 

• Backend Support: Strong competency in C# Framework 4.8 specifically for developing and debugging multi-threaded distributed logic to support frontend requirements. 

• Database Management: Functional proficiency in T-SQL and SQL for managing complex data interactions. 

• Software Engineering Standards: Deep knowledge of design patterns algorithms data structures and clean code principles to maintain a sophisticated architecture. 

• UX/UI Intuition: The ability to independently design and evaluate user-friendly interfaces specifically optimized for technicians operating in challenging high-pressure field conditions. 

Preferred Experience 

• Advanced proficiency with performance profiling and debugging tools specifically dotTrace and dotMemory. 

• Commercial experience with ERP or CRM systems (direct experience with Acumatica is a significant advantage). 

• Experience with version control systems specifically Git.

• Language: Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory for technical documentation and precise team communication.
