Project Manager - B2B events

Act asProject Manager for custom projects coordinating with the marketing team event programming team and operations team to keep event projects on track and to desired outcome. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Develop and implement project plans timelines and milestones for B2B events.
•  Define project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
•  Coordinate with stakeholders to establish clear goals and expectations.
•  Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors speakers and service providers.
•  Coordinate project management systems procedures and processes developed in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the department meets agreedupon deadlines for event programming marketing operations and sales.
•  Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
•  Manage crisis situations efficiently ensuring minimal disruption to event success.
•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities to ensure compliance secure approvals and foster strategic partnerships for event success.
•  Oversee the endtoend of B2B exhibitions conferences and networking events.
•  Troubleshoot onsite challenges and provide realtime solutions.
•  Support Exhibition Director in developing and managing event budgets ensuring cost control and ROI optimization.
•  Utilize project management tools to track tasks deadlines and team collaboration.
•  Analyze event performance data feedback and KPIs to optimize future projects.
•  Conduct postevent debriefs with internal and external stakeholders.
•  Collect and analyze feedback to improve future event planning.

Qualifications :

• Educated to degree level and equivalent
•  Minimum 2 Years experience in Project Management
•  Ability to perform critical work involving judgement accuracy and speed with minimal supervision
•  Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English and Arabic.
•  Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word Excel and outlook
•  Able to prioritize work tasks deadlines and use scheduling tools
