Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key player in our organizations growth strategy you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities developing client relationships and driving revenue growth in the region.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Riyadh market and surrounding areas
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the local business landscape
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts to senior management
  • Stay informed about competitors activities and industry developments in the Riyadh market

Qualifications :

  • 3-4 years of proven track record in B2B sales preferably in the Riyadh business environment
  • Degree in Business Marketing or a related field (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective sales strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region
  • Knowledge of local business culture and practices in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia
  • Familiarity with the materials testing engineering or scientific industries (advantageous)
