About the role
As an Accountant you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy integrity and compliance of our financial operations. Youll be responsible for maintaining accounting records supporting month-end and year-end closing activities preparing reconciliations processing payments and contributing to financial and tax reporting.
Working closely with the Finance team youll help ensure that financial data is accurate compliant and delivered on time while supporting audits cash flow planning and continuous process improvements. Youll also have the opportunity to contribute to ERP enhancements and finance transformation initiatives helping us build more efficient and automated financial processes.

What we need from you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with a solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes.
- A degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax legislation.
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing activities reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with payment processing cash flow forecasting and account reconciliations.
- Experience working with accounting software/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
- Intermediate level of English both written and spoken.
- Excellent attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach contributing to process optimization and finance transformation initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Previous involvement in ERP implementations or system improvement projects.
- Experience preparing VAT reconciliations tax declarations and statutory financial reporting.
- Knowledge of automation and digital finance tools that improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
