Job Summary
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in IT operations with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the financial sector
- Manage the organizations IT infrastructure including servers networks cloud platforms and databases.
- Ensure IT service delivery processes meet user needs and follow change control protocols.
- Liaise with external vendors for support contracts SLAs and software licensing.
- Supervise junior IT staff and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
