6-8 years of experience in IT operations with 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in the financial sector
Manage the organizations IT infrastructure including servers networks cloud platforms and databases.
Ensure IT service delivery processes meet user needs and follow change control protocols.
Liaise with external vendors for support contracts SLAs and software licensing.
Supervise junior IT staff and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
