In Room Dining Captain

As an InRoom Dining Captain you will oversee the organization coordination and performance of the InRoom Dining team while ensuring high service standards for all guests and clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Distribute daily assignments such as tables stations and tasks to team members.
• Request additional staff from the cooperating company based on operational demand.
• Identify operational needs within the department and communicate them promptly to the Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with procedures by following and monitoring the departmental checklists.
• Coordinate team performance to maintain consistent service quality at all times.
• Assist with transferring goods and materials between service areas as required.
• Support the Supervisor with administrative tasks and assist in developing and guiding the team.
• Monitor and track monthly Food & Beverage inventory to support accurate reporting.

• Previous experience in a hotel environment
