Job Summary
Job description:
The Helpdesk Operator works within a facilities management environment acting as the coordination point between clients and maintenance teams. The role ensures that all service requests (maintenance technical issues complaints) are properly recorded assigned and resolved within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience Diploma or Bachelor's
- Experience in CAFM / work order systems
- Background in facility management / maintenance environment
- Good communication skills
Work Environment:
- Facilities Management company (like malls hospitals airports offices)
- High call volume multitasking role
Skills:
- Strong communication (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
- Good coordination & problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple requests
- Basic technical understanding (AC electrical plumbing issues)
- Experience in CAFM tools (like Maximo SAP etc.)
