About the Role

As a Solutions Architect (IBM Software) you will be responsible for designing and presenting complex IBM Software solutions across areas such as Automation Databases AI and Security. You will work closely with IBM partners and end customers to develop technical strategies build solution architectures support sales opportunities and drive partner enablement through demonstrations workshops and presentations.

What Youll Do

• Design and present IBM Software solutions focused on Automation Data Management AI and Security
• Engage with partners vendors and end customers to understand business and technical requirements
• Support sales opportunities by creating technical proposals solution architectures demonstrations and recommendations
• Deliver technical presentations workshops webinars and partner enablement activities
• Collaborate closely with sales marketing and vendor teams to drive business growth
• Conduct customer and partner meetings to promote IBM Software solutions and best practices
• Maintain technical certifications and continuously expand your expertise in enterprise technologies
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience in a Solutions Architect Technical Presales Systems Engineer Consultant or similar customer-facing technical role
• Solid understanding of one or more of the following areas: Automation AI Databases Security ERP systems Application Performance Monitoring or Enterprise Software
• Ability to design and present end-to-end technical solutions and translate business requirements into practical architectures
• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging customers partners and technical audiences
• Passion for technology and willingness to continuously develop expertise in IBM Software solutions
• Fluent Polish and English language skills
• Analytical mindset problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
