Job Summary

Netziah is a U.S.-based Business Development and Marketing firm supporting small and mid-sized companies with scalable growth systems. We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Associate to help expand our client base by creating qualified sales opportunities for our consulting and marketing teams.

This role focuses on initiating conversations identifying business needs and fueling our sales pipeline with high-quality prospects. You will be the first touchpoint for many U.S.-based business owners professionalism clarity and excellent communication are essential.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through outbound channels such as LinkedIn email and strategic prospecting tools.
  • Engage prospects and introduce Netziahs services with confidence and clarity.
  • Qualify leads based on need intent and business stage.
  • Book sales appointments and strategy sessions for the Senior Closing team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage timely follow-ups.
  • Meet weekly KPIs for outreach volume qualified leads and booked calls.
  • Represent Netziah with the highest level of professionalism in all client-facing interactions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in sales customer support appointment setting or prospecting is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate smoothly with U.S. clients.
  • Organized consistent and disciplined with follow-ups.
  • Strong written communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is a plus not required)
  • High-energy attitude eagerness to learn and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
