Job Description
What will you do
- Utilize different monitoring tools and email to monitor IT infrastructure for client.
- Utilize advanced hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge to support users.
- Implement integrate and support customer infrastructure and applications
- Act as Liaison between client and service or hardware provider.
- Define write and maintain documentation on IT infrastructure and best practices of the client.
- Analyze systems review and implement improvements or upgrades to enhance user experience and to prevent capacity issues.
- Participate in rotating schedule.
What do you need to succeed
- Bachelors degree or vocational in IT-related courses is a required.
- At least (1) year of relevant experience in the same role.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good understanding of different Operating Systems.
- Basic understanding about computer network.
- Networking Skills fundamentals.
- Knowledge in IPv4 Addressing.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent understanding of Infrastructure monitoring.
- CCNA is a plus
- Attendance and schedule adherence are required for this position
