Job Summary

A Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides specialized knowledge and expertise in a specific field industry product process or technology. The SME supports teams by offering guidance solving complex problems validating information and ensuring best practices and standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge and technical guidance in the assigned subject area.
• Support project teams with research analysis and recommendations.
• Review processes documents and deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop training materials documentation and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks gaps and improvement opportunities within processes or systems.
• Assist in decision-making by providing data-driven insights and expertise.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and emerging technologies.
• Participate in meetings workshops and client consultations as the expert representative.
• Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer support.

Qualifications :
