Responsibilities
Processing and organizing administrative files
Data entry into an internal case management system
Reviewing documents and removing duplicate pages
Downloading and managing electronic case files
General administrative support (no client contact required)
Requirements
24 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
Excellent English reading and writing skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working US business hours (night shift)
Immediately available- no notice period
Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
