The Spatial Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of CAD floor plans and occupancy data within the clients Space Management system. This role supports space planning project management and move management activities by ensuring timely updates to spatial data drawings and reporting. The position serves as a key point of contact for space management technology and data quality across the assigned portfolio.Job Description
About the Role:
- Maintain and update CAD floor plans occupancy records and space allocation data within the clients Space Management system.
- Develop modify and manage drawings using AutoCAD and other space management technologies.
- Generate space utilization occupancy and allocation reports to support business and operational needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for space management systems and coordinate CAD-related requirements with stakeholders.
- Monitor data accuracy manage drawing archives and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and system performance.
About You:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Architectural Technology Space Planning Space Data Management Data Analytics or a related field.
- Experience reading and interpreting floor plans with proficiency in AutoCAD or similar computer-aided design software.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills with the ability to analyze validate and interpret data.
- Excellent communication customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
