Job Summary
Role Overview
Seeking detail-oriented specialists to support data annotation for a global technology platform. The role involves reviewing labeling and classifying datasets to support AI/ML models abuse detection and operational intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review classify and annotate data as per defined policies and quality standards
- Support spam phishing and mail abuse detection initiatives
- Work across multiple tools dashboards and workflows simultaneously
- Identify anomalies edge cases and escalate trends where required
- Maintain accuracy productivity and SLA targets in a 24x7 environment
Qualifications :
- 1 year experience in Data Annotation/Data Labeling/Trust & Safety operations
- Experience working in a 24x7 multi-vendor environment is essential
- Strong eye for detail and ability to comprehend detailed instructions
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems
- Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required
- Must have PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or OutstandingTenure of at least 18 months
- No Active DAInterested candidates
- Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig
