Cloud & Infrastructure Support
Job Summary
- Manage cloud infrastructure across approved cloud platforms and support secure cloud operations.
- Support servers virtual machines storage Kubernetes and related infrastructure environments.
- Manage network infrastructure firewall VPN ISP links branch connectivity and secure access.
- Monitor infrastructure uptime availability latency backup status and service health.
- Support backup operations restore testing disaster recovery readiness and continuity planning.
- Implement infrastructure redundancy failover readiness and capacity planning.
- Support cloud cost optimization utilization reporting and monthly infrastructure performance reporting.
- Maintain infrastructure diagrams asset inventory SOPs operational runbooks and vendor records.
- Coordinate with ISPs cloud providers firewall OEMs hardware vendors and support partners.
- Years of Experience Minimum 47 years in cloud infrastructure systems administration DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
- Multi-Cloud Experience Hands-on experience with at least two of AWS Google Cloud and Azure. Experience across all three is preferred.
- Production Support Must have supported production workloads critical applications APIs databases or transaction systems.
- Security Exposure Must understand cloud security access control network segmentation logging and compliance requirements.
- Incident Handling Must have experience supporting incident response outage resolution RCA preparation and escalation management.
- Regulated Environment Experience in banking fintech payment financial services or enterprise technology environment is an advantage.
- Minimum Qualification Bachelors degree or HND in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology Cybersecurity or related discipline.
- Equivalent Experience Strong hands-on cloud/infrastructure experience may be accepted where technical capability is proven.

Microsoft Azure: Virtual Machines Storage Accounts Azure SQL VNets NSG Azure AD/Entra ID Azure Monitor Application Gateway AKS Key Vault and Backup.
Operating Systems: Strong Linux and Windows Server administration.
Networking: TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN routing NAT subnetting load balancing SSL/TLS and firewall rules.
Security: IAM MFA PAM encryption endpoint hardening vulnerability management WAF SIEM/SOC integration and audit logging.
Automation: Terraform Ansible CloudFormation Azure Bicep and scripting with Bash or PowerShell.
Containers: Docker Kubernetes Helm ingress controllers container registries secrets management and deployment troubleshooting.
Monitoring: CloudWatch Azure Monitor Google Cloud Monitoring Prometheus Grafana OpenSearch ELK Stack Datadog or similar monitoring tools.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Snapshot management replication restore testing disaster recovery drills backup retention and recovery documentation.
