About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in DevOps Python Kubernetes and Ruby on Rails to join a high-performing technology team in the Netherlands for client in Public sector.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud infrastructure automation container orchestration and modern DevOps practices. You will lead technical initiatives mentor engineering teams and drive scalable deployment and automation solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor technical teams in DevOps implementation and automation initiatives
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based container platforms
Develop automation solutions using Python
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure and deployment strategies
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
Improve existing systems deployment processes and DevOps workflows
Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance across DevOps and cloud technologies
Stay updated with emerging DevOps Kubernetes and automation trends
Mandatory Skills & Eligibility Criteria
Technical Expertise
Strong experience with:
DevOps practices and automation
Python scripting and development
Kubernetes and container orchestration
CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
Cloud-native infrastructure environments
Mandatory experience with:
Ruby on Rails
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be open to relocating to the Netherlands
Onsite work from client location is mandatory
