Technical Sales Manager

Were looking for a commercially minded professional who can help customers solve complex supply chain challenges and maximize the value they achieve from our solutions.

In this role youll work alongside our Business Development team to win new business shape customer solutions help them to realize valueand build compelling value propositions. Once customers are onboarded youll become their trusted commercial partner identify new opportunities for growthandown the defend closely withCustomerSuccessduring implementation phase.

What Youll Do:

This is a highly cross-functional role that combines solutionengineering account growthmanagement customer engagement and strategic relationship management.

Grow Existing Customers

• Become the trusted commercial partner for assigned customers.

• Build long-term relationships and ensure customers continue to realize value from SkyCell solutions.

• Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth.

• Proactively manage risks to customer retention and satisfaction.

• Drive expansion through new use cases geographies products and business units.

• Work closely with Customer Success to deliversolution satisfaction and meet customer expectations on solutions.

• Turn successful customers into advocates and references.

Support winningNew Business

• Partner with Business Development teams on strategic sales opportunities.

• Understand customer challenges and translate them into compelling solutions.

• Build business cases and value propositions that help customers make decisions.

• Engage senior stakeholders across operations procurement quality and supply chain functions.

• Help accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.

• Coordinate with product pricing and commercial teams to deliver winning solutions.

What Youll Bring:

• Background:technical salesaccount management customer success solutionengineering business development or enterprise proactive structured process-driven.

• Comfortable navigating complex customer environments.

• Experienced handling complex solutions.

• Data driven approachto analyse and deliverappropriatesolution to meet customerneeds.

• Comfortable to aggregate data to deliver customerbiz reviews.

• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

• Excellent communication presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably with experience in logisticsor cold chain.

• French or German speaking would be advantageous.
