Were on a mission to grow Rewires business by leaps and bounds and were looking for aSenior Cloud Engineer to help us reach our this role you will take ownership of data & AI projects collaborate as a peer with Cloud Software Data and AI Engineers and drive the design and delivery of production-grade cloud solutions for our clients.

Youll build the backbone of our cloud platforms and our clients cloud environments by designing secure scalable infrastructure and automating everything you touch. Youll explore new cloud technologies move ideas from architecture to production and turn complex requirements into reliable systems all while further expanding your deep cloud expertise and shaping Rewires technical leadership.

• Own and architect cloud foundations that power digital transformations design and implement the core infrastructure platforms and services that enable scalable products in AWS Azure or GCP.

• Collaborate across disciplines work closely with fellow engineers AI Experts and business transformation leaders as a technical peer to deliver production-ready platforms that create real impact for our clients

• Enable AI and event-driven systems at scale design deploy and evolve CI/CD pipelines serverless architectures networking security and the infrastructure that ML/AI workloads run on.

• Design and maintain high-quality reusable infrastructure code using Terraform Python and modern cloud tooling to automate everything from environments to deployments with reliability and scalability in mind

• Translate architecture into business value explain cloud decisions clearly to stakeholders so teams understand why a design matters not just how it works

• Step into a rolewhere you contribute ideas drive innovation and directly influence how organizations modernize their cloud automate systems and scale digital products

• Apply and further expand your deep cloud expertise work across AWS Azure and GCP design and operate real-world infrastructures and grow through hands-on projects and complex architectural challenges

Youre an experienced problem solver with a passion for building and scaling cloud platforms that power real AI and data solutions. Youll thrive with us if you bring:

• 4 years of relevant experience in consulting strategy or data/AI-driven environments showing your passion for (cloud) technology and your ability to deliver reliable production-ready cloud infrastructure and platforms

• Strong developer skills Git is your standard and writing high-quality maintainable code is important to you

• Sharp analytical and technical skills you excel at both problem-solving and executing solutions that bridge business and technology

• A hands-on growth mindset you take ownership of your work embrace challenges and dive confidently into new cloud technologies or complex technical problems

• Driven by curiosity collaboration and growth you enjoy learning support others and contribute to a positive inclusive work environment

• A strong academic track record(STEM field preferred)fluency in English (written and spoken) with Dutch being a plus and willingness to travel regularly to client sites

We believe the best work happens when our team has flexibility and the right environment for focus. This role operates on a hybrid schedule with an average of 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home each week. The in-office days may be split between our offices and client sites depending on project needs and team collaboration.

Working as a cloud engineer at Rewire means taking ideas and shaping them into reliable scalable cloud platforms. I move from designing architectures and trying out new approaches to building and running them in production. The variety in this work keeps things challenging and allows me to continuously grow as an engineer. Alongside client projects we also develop and refine internal cloud automations always looking for smarter and more efficient ways to work.
