As our Dutch & English speaking Customer Support Agent you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction together with our dynamic team and helping us stand out from the competition.

As our Dutch & English speaking Customer Support Agent youll be answering queries and providing support to our customers via phone email WhatsApp and our app. Youll use your excellent communication skills to identify customer needs and help them navigate our features and services. Youll also be responsible for updating our internal databases with feedback about technical issues feature requests and other useful information to help us continuously improve our offerings. Not only that but youll have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams to help shape the future and follow through on projects.

• You are fluent in both Dutch & English

• Available to work at least 24 hours per week also on weekends

• Youve already gained first customer service experience (experience with Zendesk is a plus)

• You genuinely enjoy interacting with people both over the phone and in writing

• You follow processes and at the same time proactively share ideas on how to improve them

• You are results-driven and stress resistant.
