Delivery Business Systems Analyst

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new independent publicly traded company which were calling SpinCo until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs this role will support SpinCo which will focus on critical digital infrastructure delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Business System Analyst located in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager Business System Analyst role will be Responsible for exploring planning conducting and overseeing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated and standardadized leading-edge solutions and system implementations to overcome organizational challenges.

To provide technical assistance identifying evaluating and developing procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirements to create specifications and direct transalations of functions to be automated including complete systems design in detail.

What a typical day looks like:

• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge

• Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency productivity and strategic goals

• Research design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customers requirements.

• Write clear precise functional and technical specifications for development teams

• Use a variety of technical and functional tools to analyze complex structures and identify patterns to provide impactful insights

• Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies

• Work within the established model to allow software and/or systems scalability though appropriate intake and prioritization of new requirements

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

• Advanced English.

• SQL databases and scripting.

• Infrastructure networking

• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.

• EMS/FlexFlow experience is a plus.

• Strong SQL knowledge and experience in database management.

• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as Baan and SAP

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including networks servers and databases.

• Experience in systems development data analysis and reporting.

• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and visual management.

• Availability to work onsite.
