Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Specialist with SharePoint expertise to join our dynamic this role you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation enhancement and support of our SharePoint environments helping to drive the success of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for SharePoint environments ensuring timely resolution of open tickets.

• Perform PowerShell scripting for system enhancements and automation tasks.

• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members to foster continuous learning.

• Manage in-house production incidents and problem management for SharePoint-related issues.

• Conduct data analysis on large datasets to support business performance reporting.

• Administer and manage SharePoint 2013 SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online platforms covering both frontend and backend operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams IT infrastructure and Microsoft to address SharePoint-related requirements and challenges.

• Design plan and execute data migration processes from legacy SharePoint systems to SharePoint 2019/Online.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in supporting and managing SharePoint environments.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on large datasets.

• Hands-on experience with SharePointand Online administration.

• Solid understanding of incident and problem management processes.

• Effective collaboration skills with global teams and stakeholders.

• Previous experience in data migration projects is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Education: Bachelors degree or above.
