University degree in computer science informationtechnology or equivalent degree
EMC Documentum Administration Certified
Required Experience:
10 years of fulltime working experience in Documentumadministration.
Indepth knowledge of Open Text (EMC) Documentum andElectronic Content Management;
Indepth knowledge of Open Text lnputAccel Server D2 xMSServer Xplor Server Brava Server and CTS.
EMC Documentum HA infrastructure design experience;
Knowledge of EMC Documentum Backup and Restore procedures;
EMC Documentum andMS SQL Server performance tuning skills including server configuration andtracing facilities would be an advantage.
Experience in government environment would be highly appreciated.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong oral and writtenskills; Very good team spirit and interpersonal skills;
Very good sense of responsibility and initiative;
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to meet strictdeadlines; Very good ability to work both in a multicultural team andindependently.
Technical Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for OpenText (EMC) Documentum repositoriesadministration troubleshooting performance tuning regular housekeepingchange
management and Information Rights Management application;
Responsible for Open Text Captiva Documentum administrationtroubleshooting performance tuning regular housekeeping change managementand
Information Rights Management application;
Trouble shooting reportedissues addressing potential problems within the application reviewing andanalyzing areas of improvements planning for DRP
exercises and addressingupcoming needs for upgrades;
Documentum Technical developer support;
Maintain Documentum versioning install batches andupgrades.
