Job Description

• Assist senior engineers and site managers in day-to-day site supervision and coordination.
• Monitor construction progress and report any issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with subcontractors site workers and consultants under the guidance of senior staff.
• Help prepare daily site reports progress records and other project documentation.
• Assist in checking that works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Support the site team in resolving minor technical and coordination issues.
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• No prior experience required fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Willing to work extended hours when required by site schedules.
• Basic understanding of structural works formwork rebar or post-tensioning is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills able to work well within a team.
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Adaptable and able to work outdoors in various site conditions.
• Professional responsible and keen to develop a career in the construction industry.
• Able to read and write Chinese.
